At our core, we have a deep love for wood. Working with this natural material is something that brings us immense satisfaction. When treated with the right care, wood has the power to last for many years, continuing to shine with its timeless beauty.
One of our recent projects involved replacing the polycarbonate shell of a backyard terrace. The process began by carefully sanding down the entire support structure, preparing it for a fresh finish. We then treated the wood with a protective glaze from MILESI, a brand known for its high-quality coating products.
Once the wood had dried and absorbed the glaze, we carefully rebuilt the new polycarbonate cover. We ensured that the new cover was the exact same size as the original, paying close attention to the details like the professional vapor barrier and and proper drainage. The result? A beautiful, long-lasting terrace that will stand strong for years to come.
